Another item I recommend from the Erin Condren 2022 back to school collection are these really cute highlighters.
Now, I know you’re probably thinking…why would I only buy 4 highlighters? π€
Because these aren’t your average highlighters!
I can tell by the thickness and quality of them that they will last much longer than my Dollar Tree highlighters!
Plus, the pastel colors are really cute and will make a wonderful back to school gift for someone.
Blush Calculator
Now, I will be honest and admit that this wasn’t one of my favorites from this collection.
In fact, when I first saw it, I thought “Why would anyone want a calculator when we all have smartphones?!” π²
But I quickly received lots of feedback on my Instagram that several students and professionals need and want a calculator for these reasons:
- More schools are banning the use of phones in class
- Several secretaries mentioned that they are not allowed to have a cell phone on their desk at work
- Many teachers also commented that they cannot use their cell phones at their desks
In addition to these reasons, you may not want your phone’s calculator because of all the distractions it will cause.
Erin Condren Teacher Back Pack
Do you call it a book bag or a back pack? π I personally call it a book bag, but it’s obvious that you can fit WAY more than just books in this bag.
Out of all the items from the Erin Condren 2022 back to school collection, this one is hands-down my favorite!
If you don’t get anything else from this collection, I highly recommend getting this back pack.

Even though it’s listed as a teacher back pack, ANYONE can use this cute bag!
Plus, it comes in different styles with the option to personalize your bag.
My favorite style is the one shown in the video, which is called the Mid-Century Circles design.
Apparently, I’m not the only one who likes this bag because it was sold out the last time I checked. π

Kids Reading Log and Journal
Ok, we seem to be on a roller coaster when it comes to things I like and don’t like. π
I have very strong feelings about teachers using reading logs in the classroom. So, I actually don’t recommend this item for teachers.
But since this back to school collection isn’t just for teachers, then the Kids Reading Log & Journal works well in other situations.
For instance, you can use this as:
- a homeschooling parent to motivate your kids to read more
- with a homeschooling pod where a novel study group can all share it
- as a tutor working one on one with students to improve their reading
I also think this would make an adorable gift for a child who wants to combine reading with journaling.
Rainbow Ink Gel Pen Duo
When it comes to writing utensils, this year’s options beat out the 2021 back to school collection.
This rainbow ink pen set makes a great example!
I am having so much fun writing with these color-changing pens in my planner. Can you just imagine how much fun these would be for kids to use too?
